I bought this blanket for my picky husband. He wanted it because he is working out of state, and staying in a home with a cold spare room in the back corner of the house. He loves it. The fabric is soft, and the wires are not bulky. He has this between his flat sheet and thin comforter, and says he is plenty warm on heat setting 1 or 2. As always, I love shopping on Amazon. This blanket arrived fast, was very well-packaged, and priced fairly. My last Sunbeam electric blanket lasted about 7 years this one DOA. The manual says to contact customer support and not to return to retailer. So I emailed them and waiting to hear back. If they want to make me pay for shipping or anything, I will return to Amazon.
