The bed arrived a few days prior to the estimated date which was great! I also received a follow up call and email from Mike. Customer service rocks! He also helped me before the order, this company have so many models, great prices, that I just couldn't decide. My friend who is over 6ft 4 inch said that the bed was more comfortable than some of the beds in 4 star hotels he had stayed in. The sheets stayed on nicely *(the soft velvet top made a huge difference to the sheets staying in place). Also the extra height is a MUST! Much easier for guests to get in and off the bed. I am putting the word out there. BUY THIS BED!!! Deborah

Looks like reviewer Jan got a bad product. Mine worked just fine - inflated 3 times before adding any weight to it and it's held air for days on end without a problem. The box does say that there is a 30 days warranty which seems like a short amount of time, but I guess if you open it and it works, then you are good to go.

This is a cool bed. Simple to inflate (plug it in and inflate with the remote). Able to adjust it while laying down which is nice. Air Beds have come a long way since the days of the foot pump!
